Studies and experiences

I have a PhD in energy (University of Padua) and a degree in business administration (University of Bologna), including one year of university studies in Germany. I spent 6 years in London as a business developer of a large American utility for the development of electricity production plants in the area of Europe, Middle East and Africa and as a manager of the “power and utilities team” dedicated to project finance at Barclays Capital, one of the largest investment banks in the world.
I was a founding member and president of Galileia srl, a spin-off of the University of Padua, an engineering and consulting company in the renewable sources and energy efficiency sector.

In SOGESCA since 2019, I deal with European projects and other consultancy for the Management and Control Organizational Models (Legislative Decree 231/2001) and ISO 37001 certification.

Skills

I have over 25 years of experience in the energy and environmental sustainability fields, as a consultant and head of management, finance and development. In the last 7 years I have specialized in international cooperation and European planning.
I am also a senior lecturer in the master’s degree “Environmental Management and Control: Circular Economy and Resource Efficient Management” (Sant’AnnaSchool of Advanced Studies in Pisa).

Interests

In my spare time, I love to dance the tango and travel.
